1. License to Use

DASTO grants you a personal, non-commercial, non-transferable, limited license to use ButterLens on devices you own or control.

2. Your Photo Copyright

All photos you take with ButterLens belong to you. ButterLens does not acquire, store, or use your photos in any way.

3. Usage Restrictions

You agree not to:

Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the app
Use ButterLens to photograph content that infringes on others' privacy or copyright
Use the app in any manner that violates local laws

4. Disclaimer

ButterLens is provided "as is" without any express or implied warranties. DASTO does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. DASTO is not liable for any photo loss resulting from use of the app. Please back up important images.

5. Changes and Termination

DASTO reserves the right to modify or discontinue ButterLens at any time without notice. Since the app works entirely locally, discontinuation will not affect photos already saved in your library.

6. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms periodically. Continued use of ButterLens after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
