DASTO ("we," "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains how CamBe handles your data.

1. Device Permissions We Request

CamBe only requests the following device permissions:

• Camera: For taking photos with the 80s film filter effect applied.
• Photo Library: Used only when you actively choose "Export to Library" to save the current faded state of a photo. We do not read or write to your library without your explicit action.

2. Data Storage Within the App

CamBe stores in your device's app sandbox:

• Original photo files: Photos taken with the app, kept private and never shown in original form.
• Capture timestamps: The time each photo was taken, used to calculate fading. This timestamp is immutable.

All of the above exists only on your device and is never sent to any server or third party.

3. Data We Do Not Collect

• Name, email, account, or other personal identifiers
• Location data
• Usage analytics data
• Crash reports
• Any cloud backup data

4. Photo Deletion

You can delete any photo within the app at any time. Upon deletion, the original file is permanently removed from the device sandbox and cannot be recovered. Deleting the CamBe app itself also removes all photos stored in the sandbox.

5. Feedback

If you send feedback via email, the address and message you provide is used solely to reply to your inquiry and will not be used for any other purpose or shared with third parties.

6. Children's Privacy

CamBe is not directed at children under 13. Since we collect no personal data, there is no data privacy risk for children using the app.
