DriftGo ("we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.
Data Linked to Your Identity
We may collect the following data and link it to your identity:
- Identifiers: Device ID, user ID, etc.
- Usage Data: App usage, feature interactions, etc.
- User Content: Captain's logs, comments, photos, avatars, etc.
- Contact Info: Email address, etc.
- Location: Precise coordinates for launching planes, boarding, and navigation
- Purchases: In-app subscription records
The above data is used solely for the App and is not used for tracking purposes.
1. Information We Collect
- Account Info: Email address for authentication and notifications.
- Location Data: Precise coordinates for launching planes, boarding (commenting), and AR navigation. Note: Takeoff point can use "random offset" for privacy; landing points are visible on the public map.
- User Content: Captain's logs, comments, photos, avatars, and profile backgrounds.
2. Information Use & Third-Party Services
Your information is used for core app functions including map display, badges, broadcast notifications, and preventing cheating (e.g., GPS spoofing). We do not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing.
Third-Party Infrastructure: We use Supabase for storage and authentication. Data is stored on secure Supabase servers.
3. Account Deletion and Data Retention
You may request account deletion at any time in the app. After deletion:
- Personal Identity: Email, nickname, avatar, and profile data are permanently deleted.
- Plane Removal: The planes you launched will be removed from the map. All users will no longer be able to view the plane location, comments, or other related information.
- Content Erasure: All captain's logs, comments, and photos are permanently deleted.

5. Analytics and Device Information
To improve stability and experience, we may collect anonymous analytics and crash reports. To prevent cheating (e.g., GPS spoofing), we may analyze location and device data. We never sell this data to third parties for marketing.
6. Children's Privacy
DriftGo is not intended for children under 13. If we learn of data collected without parental consent, we will delete it immediately.
