TreeGo Terms of Service

1. User Responsibility

Users are responsible for the accuracy of their data. Prohibited content includes false coordinates, explicit material, or copyright infringement.

Safety Notice: Tree discovery involves outdoor activities. Always follow local laws, respect private property, and prioritize personal safety. TreeGo is not liable for any accidents during use of the service.

2. Nature Conservation Guidelines

TreeGo is an outdoor nature exploration game that invites players to venture outside and discover the trees around them. Trees are living organisms and vital habitats for countless forms of wildlife. Please treat every tree with care and respect throughout your exploration.

Exploration Code of Conduct (Strictly Required):

Do not carve or mark trees. Do not engrave, write, or leave any man-made marks on tree trunks. Such actions damage the tree's living tissue and can affect its health.
Do not peel bark or break branches. Bark is the tree's protective layer — do not strip, cut, or damage it in any way. Avoid breaking or tearing off branches as well.
Do not climb or damage trees. Climbing trees may snap branches, damage bark, and poses a safety risk to the explorer. Please appreciate trees from the ground.
Respect the ecosystem around trees. Trees may host bird nests, insect colonies, or other signs of wildlife. Do not disturb or destroy them. Observe and photograph — do not interfere with nature.

Violations of these guidelines may result in account suspension or permanent termination.

3. Account and Content

You retain copyright over your photos, but grant TreeGo permission to display them within the app. Upon account deletion, tree discovery coordinates are transferred to a system account, and all photos, comments, and notes are permanently deleted.
