所有金流交易由 Apple 處理，TreeGo 無法直接退款。請前往 reportaproblem.apple.com 向 Apple 申請退款。 All payments are handled by Apple, and TreeGo cannot issue refunds directly. Please visit reportaproblem.apple.com to request a refund from Apple. すべての決済は Apple により処理されるため、TreeGo から直接返金はできません。 reportaproblem.apple.com から Apple に返金申請を行ってください。

2. 為什麼定位沒有更新？ 2. Why is my location not updating? 2. 位置情報が更新されません。

請確認 TreeGo 已取得「精確定位」權限，並建議在戶外開放空間使用。 Please make sure TreeGo has permission to access your precise location. For best results, use the app outdoors in open areas. TreeGo に「正確な位置情報」の許可があるか確認してください。最良の体験のため、屋外の開けた場所でご利用ください。

3. 我要如何刪除帳號？ 3. How can I delete my account? 3. アカウントを削除するには？

可在 App 中進入我的 → 設定 → 刪除帳號，或來信聯絡我們協助處理。 You can delete your account in the app (Me → Settings → Delete Account), or contact us by email for assistance. アプリ内の Me → Settings → Delete Account から削除できます。またはメールでサポートにご連絡ください。
