您使用 CamBe 拍攝的所有照片著作權歸屬於您。CamBe 不會取得、上傳或使用您的照片。 All photos you take with CamBe belong to you. CamBe does not acquire, upload, or use your photos in any way. CamBe で撮影したすべての写真の著作権はあなたに帰属します。CamBe はあなたの写真を取得、アップロード、または使用しません。

您理解並同意：CamBe 的核心機制為照片隨真實時間自動且不可逆地褪色。褪色無法暫停、加速、還原或調整。刪除照片或刪除 App 均為不可逆操作。DASTO 不對因使用 CamBe 導致的任何照片永久變化或遺失負責，包括但不限於因褪色至終態而造成的照片外觀改變。 You understand and agree that CamBe's core mechanism causes photos to automatically and irreversibly fade with real-world time. Fading cannot be paused, accelerated, reversed, or adjusted. Deleting photos or the app are both irreversible actions. DASTO is not liable for any permanent changes or loss of photos resulting from CamBe's use, including changes due to photos reaching their final faded state. CamBe のコアメカニズムは、写真が実際の時間の経過とともに自動的かつ不可逆的に褪色することであることを理解し同意します。褪色は一時停止、加速、逆転、調整することができません。写真またはアプリの削除はいずれも不可逆な操作です。DASTO は、写真が最終的な褪色状態に達したことによる外観の変化を含む、CamBe の使用に起因する写真の永続的な変化または消失について責任を負いません。

CamBe 依「現狀」提供，不附帶任何明示或默示保證。DASTO 不對因使用或無法使用本 App 而造成的任何損失或損害負責，包括資料遺失。 CamBe is provided "as is" without any express or implied warranties. DASTO is not liable for any loss or damage arising from use or inability to use the app, including data loss. Since the app works entirely locally, discontinuation will not affect photos already exported to your photo library.
