下載或使用 DriftEye，即表示你同意本服務條款。若不同意，請停止使用並從裝置上移除 App。 By downloading or using DriftEye, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please stop using and uninstall the app. DriftEye をダウンロードまたは使用することで、この利用規約に同意したことになります。同意しない場合は、使用を中止しアプリをアンインストールしてください。

DriftEye 提供擴增實境相機體驗，允許你拍攝含 AR 紙飛機的照片與影片，並存入你的裝置相簿。你同意： DriftEye provides an augmented reality camera experience, allowing you to capture photos and videos with AR paper planes and save them to your device. You agree to: DriftEye は拡張現実カメラ体験を提供し、AR 紙飛行機を含む写真・動画を撮影してデバイスに保存できます。あなたは以下に同意します：

• 僅將 App 用於合法用途。 Use the app for lawful purposes only. 合法な目的のみでアプリを使用すること。
• 不使用 App 進行任何侵犯他人隱私、版權或其他權利的行為。 Not use the app to violate others' privacy, copyright, or other rights. 他者のプライバシー、著作権、その他の権利を侵害するためにアプリを使用しないこと。
• 不嘗試對 App 進行逆向工程、破解或修改。 Not attempt to reverse-engineer, crack, or modify the app. アプリのリバースエンジニアリング、クラッキング、改変を試みないこと。

DriftEye App 本身（包括設計、代碼、3D 模型、品牌標誌）為 DASTO 所有，受著作權法保護。你使用 App 所拍攝的照片和影片，其著作權歸你所有。 The DriftEye app itself (including design, code, 3D models, and branding) is owned by DASTO and protected by copyright law. Photos and videos you capture using the app are your own content and remain yours. DriftEye アプリ自体（デザイン、コード、3D モデル、ブランドを含む）は DASTO が所有し、著作権法により保護されています。アプリで撮影した写真・動画はあなた自身のコンテンツであり、あなたに帰属します。

DriftEye「按現狀」提供，不附帶任何明示或暗示的保證。我們不保證 App 不間斷運作、無錯誤，或在所有裝置上有相同體驗。AR 功能效果取決於裝置硬體與環境光線條件。 DriftEye is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, error-free performance, or identical experience across all devices. AR performance depends on device hardware and ambient lighting conditions. DriftEye は「現状のまま」提供され、明示・暗示を問わずいかなる保証も付きません。中断のない動作、エラーのない性能、または全デバイスでの同一体験を保証しません。AR のパフォーマンスはデバイスのハードウェアと周囲の照明条件によって異なります。

在法律允許的最大範圍內，DASTO 不對使用 DriftEye 所造成的任何直接或間接損失負責，包括但不限於資料遺失、裝置損壞等。 To the maximum extent permitted by law, DASTO is not liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from the use of DriftEye, including but not limited to data loss or device damage. 法律で認められる最大限の範囲で、DASTO は DriftEye の使用から生じる直接的または間接的な損害（データ損失、デバイスの損傷を含むがこれに限らない）について責任を負いません。

DriftEye 透過 Apple App Store 發佈。你的使用同時受 Apple 標準最終使用者授權合約（EULA）約束。 DriftEye is distributed through the Apple App Store. Your use is also subject to Apple's Standard End User License Agreement (EULA). DriftEye は Apple App Store を通じて配布されています。使用は Apple の標準エンドユーザーライセンス契約（EULA）にも従います。
