DASTO（以下稱「我們」）致力於保護您的隱私。本政策說明 EmoLog 如何處理您的資料。 DASTO ("we," "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains how EmoLog handles your data. DASTO（以下「当社」）はユーザーのプライバシー保護に取り組んでいます。本ポリシーでは EmoLog のデータ取り扱いについて説明します。

EmoLog 僅申請以下裝置權限： EmoLog only requests the following device permissions: EmoLog は以下のデバイス権限のみを要求します：

• 位置（Location）：用於向 OpenWeatherMap 查詢您當下所在地的天氣資訊，以附加在情緒記錄上。位置資料不會上傳至我們的伺服器，也不會儲存位置歷史。 Location: Used to query OpenWeatherMap for the current weather at your location, which can be attached to an emotion record. • 相簿（Photo Library）：僅在您主動選擇「分享」並儲存分享卡片時使用，將包含情緒插畫的卡片儲存至系統相簿。我們不會在您未授權的情況下讀取或寫入您的相簿。 Photo Library: Used only when you actively choose to share and save a share card containing your emotion illustration. We do not read or write to your library without your explicit action. フォトライブラリ：あなたが感情イラストを含むシェアカードを保存することを選択した場合のみ使用します。明示的な操作なしにライブラリの読み取りや書き込みは行いません。

2. App 內的資料儲存 2. Data Storage Within the App 2. アプリ内のデータ保存

EmoLog 在您的裝置本機儲存空間中儲存： EmoLog stores in your device's local storage: EmoLog はデバイスのローカルストレージに以下を保存します：

• 情緒記錄：您選定的情緒插畫 ID、情緒座標（正負／安靜激動軸）、您輸入的文字、天氣資訊、地點（城市名稱）、時間戳。 Emotion records: The selected illustration ID, emotion coordinates (positive/negative and calm/aroused axes), your text input, weather info, location (city name), and timestamp. 感情記録：選択したイラストのID、感情座標（ポジティブ/ネガティブ・穏やか/興奮の軸）、入力テキスト、天気情報、場所（都市名）、タイムスタンプ。
• 語言偏好設定：您在 App 內選擇的顯示語言。 Language preference: The display language you selected in the app. 言語設定：アプリ内で選択した表示言語。
• Onboarding 完成狀態：用於判斷是否需要再次顯示引導頁面。 Onboarding status: Used to determine whether to show the onboarding screens again. オンボーディング完了状態：ガイド画面を再表示するかどうかの判定に使用します。

以上資料均僅存在您的裝置上，不會傳送至任何伺服器或第三方。 All of the above exists only on your device and is never sent to any server or third party. 上記はすべてデバイス上にのみ存在し、サーバーや第三者に送信されることはありません。

3. 我們不蒐集的資料 3. Data We Do Not Collect 3. 収集しないデータ

除了您主動透過「聯絡我們」提供的訊息與 email 外，我們不收集： Apart from the message and email you voluntarily submit through the in-app "Contact Us" form, we do not collect: アプリ内「お問い合わせ」からあなたが自ら送信するメッセージとメールアドレスを除き、当社は以下を収集しません：

4. 第三方服務 4. Third-Party Services 4. サードパーティサービス

• OpenWeatherMap：用於取得當下天氣資訊。僅傳送您的當下地理座標（不含任何個人資訊），不會儲存於我們的系統。 OpenWeatherMap: Used to fetch current weather data. Only your current geographic coordinates are sent (no personal information), and they are not stored in our systems. OpenWeatherMap：現在の天気情報の取得に使用します。送信されるのは現在の地理座標のみで（個人情報は含まれません）、当社のシステムには保存されません。
• Supabase（Edge Function）：用於「聯絡我們」傳送訊息。僅在您主動使用該功能時處理您的訊息內容、選填的 email 與 App 版本等 metadata。 Supabase (Edge Function): Used to relay messages from the "Contact Us" form. Handles your message content, optional email, and app metadata only when you actively use that feature. Supabase（Edge Function）：「お問い合わせ」のメッセージ中継に使用します。同機能を能動的に使用した場合のみ、メッセージ内容、任意のメールアドレス、アプリ metadata を処理します。
• Resend：電子郵件寄送服務，將「聯絡我們」的訊息寄至我們的支援信箱。 Resend: Email delivery service that forwards "Contact Us" messages to our support inbox. Resend：メール送信サービス。「お問い合わせ」のメッセージを当社のサポート受信箱に転送します。

上述服務商的隱私政策請參閱其官方網站。資料僅於傳送訊息過程中短暫處理，不會用於廣告或追蹤。 Please refer to each provider's official website for their privacy policies. Data is processed only transiently to deliver messages, and is not used for advertising or tracking. 各プロバイダーのプライバシーポリシーについては、それぞれの公式サイトをご参照ください。データはメッセージ配信のためにのみ一時的に処理され、広告やトラッキングには使用されません。

5. 資料刪除 5. Data Deletion 5. データの削除

您可以在 App 內隨時刪除任何情緒記錄。刪除 EmoLog App 本身也會移除所有儲存在裝置上的記錄資料。由於資料從未上傳，因此不需要向我們請求刪除。 You can delete any emotion record within the app at any time. Deleting the EmoLog app itself also removes all records stored on your device. Since data is never uploaded, there is no need to request deletion from us. アプリ内でいつでも感情記録を削除できます。EmoLog アプリ自体を削除すると、デバイスに保存されているすべての記録も削除されます。データはアップロードされないため、当社への削除リクエストは不要です。

當您使用 App 內「聯絡我們」送出訊息時，以下資料會離開您的裝置： When you submit a message through the in-app "Contact Us" form, the following data leaves your device: アプリ内の「お問い合わせ」からメッセージを送信した際、次のデータがデバイスから送信されます：

• 您所選的分類、訊息內容（必填）The category you selected and the message content (required)選択したカテゴリとメッセージ内容（必須）

• App 版本、平台（iOS / Android）、語言偏好，作為問題排查參考App version, platform (iOS / Android), and language preference, for troubleshootingアプリのバージョン、プラットフォーム（iOS / Android）、言語設定（問題解決のため）

這些資料透過 HTTPS 傳送至 Supabase 所託管的 Edge Function，並由該 Function 呼叫 Resend（電子郵件寄送服務）寄至我們的支援信箱。Supabase 與 Resend 作為本 App 的資料處理商，僅在傳送訊息過程中短暫處理此資料。 These data are transmitted over HTTPS to an Edge Function hosted on Supabase, which then uses Resend (an email delivery service) to send the message to our support inbox. Supabase and Resend act as data processors and handle this data only transiently for the purpose of delivering your message. これらのデータは HTTPS 経由で Supabase にホストされた Edge Function に送信され、同 Function が Resend（メール送信サービス）を使用して当社のサポート受信箱に送信します。Supabase と Resend は本アプリのデータ処理業者として、メッセージ配信のためにのみ一時的にデータを処理します。

用途：僅用於回覆您的問題以及改善 App 功能。不會用於廣告、追蹤或行銷；不會與您 App 內的情緒記錄連結（因我們本來就無法存取您的記錄）；不會分享給其他第三方。 Purpose: Solely to reply to your inquiry and improve the app. This data is not used for advertising, tracking, or marketing; is not linked to your in-app emotion records (we cannot access those in the first place); and is not shared with any other third party. 用途：お問い合わせへの返信およびアプリの改善のみに使用します。広告・トラッキング・マーケティングには使用しません。アプリ内の感情記録とも連携しません（そもそも当社はその記録にアクセスできません）。他の第三者と共有しません。

保存期限與刪除：我們會將回覆所需的通訊內容保存於支援信箱。若您希望我們刪除您之前透過「聯絡我們」送出的資料，請來信 support@dasto.app 告知。 Retention and deletion: We retain correspondence in our support inbox for as long as needed to reply. If you would like us to delete data you previously submitted via "Contact Us", please email support@dasto.app. 保存と削除：返信に必要な期間、サポート受信箱に保存します。過去に「お問い合わせ」で送信したデータの削除をご希望の場合は support@dasto.app までメールでご連絡ください。

7. 兒童隱私 7. Children's Privacy 7. 子どものプライバシー

EmoLog 不針對 13 歲以下兒童設計。我們不會主動向兒童蒐集個人資料；「聯絡我們」功能為選擇性使用，若您認為兒童誤用此功能送出了個人資料，請來信 support@dasto.app，我們會協助刪除。 EmoLog is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children; the "Contact Us" feature is optional and only triggered by explicit user action. If you believe a child has submitted personal data through this feature, please email support@dasto.app and we will delete it. EmoLog は 13 歳未満を対象としていません。子どもから個人データを能動的に収集することはありません。「お問い合わせ」機能は任意利用で、ユーザーの明示的な操作でのみ動作します。お子様がこの機能を通じて個人データを送信したと思われる場合は、support@dasto.app までメールでご連絡ください。削除いたします。
