您在 EmoLog 中輸入的文字與記錄著作權歸屬於您。EmoLog 不會取得、上傳或使用您的情緒記錄。 The text and records you enter in EmoLog belong to you. EmoLog does not acquire, upload, or use your emotion records in any way. EmoLog に入力したテキストと記録の著作権はあなたに帰属します。EmoLog はあなたの感情記録を取得、アップロード、または使用しません。
EmoLog 內含的 150 張以上的抽象表現主義風格情緒插畫，其著作權完整歸屬於 DASTO。您不得複製、截取、再製或以任何商業目的使用這些插畫本身。分享功能所產生的卡片（包含插畫、情緒名稱、天氣、座標等）僅供個人非商業分享之用。 The 150+ abstract expressionist emotion illustrations included in EmoLog are fully owned by DASTO. You may not copy, extract, reproduce, or use these illustrations for any commercial purpose. Share cards generated by the app (containing an illustration, emotion name, weather, coordinates, etc.) are for personal, non-commercial sharing only. EmoLog に含まれる 150 点以上の抽象表現主義スタイルの感情イラストの著作権はすべて DASTO に帰属します。これらのイラスト自体を複製、抽出、再製、または商業目的で使用することは禁じられています。アプリが生成するシェアカード（イラスト、感情名、天気、座標などを含む）は個人的・非商用の共有のみを目的としています。
您同意不得： You agree not to: 以下の行為を行わないことに同意します：
天氣功能需要位置權限且依賴 OpenWeatherMap 第三方服務。天氣資訊的準確性受限於第三方服務品質，DASTO 不對天氣資料的準確性提供任何保證。若您拒絕位置權限，天氣功能將無法使用，但不影響其他功能。 The weather feature requires location permission and relies on OpenWeatherMap, a third-party service. Weather accuracy depends on the third-party service quality, and DASTO makes no warranty regarding weather data accuracy. Declining location permission disables the weather feature but does not affect other features. 天気機能には位置情報の許可が必要で、サードパーティサービスである OpenWeatherMap に依存しています。天気の精度はサードパーティサービスの品質に依存し、DASTO は天気データの正確性について保証しません。位置情報の許可を拒否すると天気機能は使用できなくなりますが、他の機能には影響しません。

Since the app works entirely locally, discontinuation will not affect your saved emotion records, which remain on your device.
