TreeHoleGo Terms of Service

1. User Responsibility

Users are responsible for the accuracy of their data. Prohibited content includes false coordinates, explicit material, copyright infringement, or using encrypted messaging to spread illegal content.

Safety Notice: Exploring tree holes involves outdoor activities. Always follow local laws, respect private property, and prioritize personal safety. TreeHoleGo is not liable for any accidents during use.

2. Field Exploration Guidelines

TreeHoleGo is an outdoor nature exploration game that invites players to venture into the natural world and discover tree holes hidden in the wild. Tree holes are natural formations that may also serve as vital habitats for wildlife. As you play, we ask that you explore with care and act as a responsible steward of the natural environment.

Exploration Code of Conduct (Strictly Required):

Do not disturb the natural environment. Move quietly and carefully. Avoid trampling vegetation, startling wildlife, or disrupting the surrounding ecosystem in any way.
Do not damage discovered tree holes. Do not alter, enlarge, or modify the structure of any tree hole in any manner, including prying bark, carving, or breaking branches.
Do not place anything inside tree holes. Do not insert any man-made objects — including food, containers, toys, or any other items — into a tree hole. Doing so may harm resident wildlife or disrupt the ecological balance.
Do not remove anything (litter excepted). Do not take natural objects — such as wood, stones, bird nests, or feathers — from tree holes or their surroundings. However, if you find litter left by others, we encourage you to carry it out and dispose of it responsibly.

Violations of these guidelines may result in account suspension or permanent termination.

3. Account and Content

You retain copyright over your photos and messages, but grant TreeHoleGo permission to display them in the app. Upon account deletion, tree hole coordinates are transferred to a system account, and all photos, messages, and discussions are permanently deleted.

4. Check-in and Scoring System

TreeHoleGo check-in scores (including altitude bonuses and Score Boost) are in-game values only and hold no monetary value. We reserve the right to adjust scoring rules. GPS spoofing or other technical means to manipulate check-in locations are prohibited.

5. Reporting and Content Moderation

If your content is removed due to reports, you may appeal via "Contact Us." We will review according to community guidelines and applicable law.

6. Pro Subscription

Pro subscriptions are handled through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Subscription terms follow each platform's policies. After cancellation, Pro features (including real coordinates, encrypted messages, Score Boost) will be deactivated at the end of the current period.
