DASTO 授予您個人、非商業、不可轉讓的有限授權，以在您擁有或控制的裝置上使用 IndieSurvive。 DASTO grants you a personal, non-commercial, non-transferable, limited license to use IndieSurvive on devices you own or control. DASTO は、あなたが所有または管理するデバイスで IndieSurvive を使用するための、個人的、非商用、譲渡不可の限定ライセンスを付与します。

2. 虛擬貨幣與遊戲資產 2. Virtual Currency & Game Assets 2. 仮想通貨とゲームアセット

遊戲內的所有虛擬貨幣（如「$金錢」）、AI 點數、道具及遊戲進度均為虛擬資產，不具有任何實際金融價值，不可兌換現金或轉移至任何平台。 All in-game virtual currency (e.g. "$Money"), AI Credits, items, and progress are virtual assets with no real-world financial value. They cannot be redeemed for cash or transferred to any platform. ゲーム内のすべての仮想通貨（例：「$マネー」）、AIクレジット、アイテム、進捗は仮想アセットであり、現実の金銭的価値を持ちません。現金への換金や他プラットフォームへの移転はできません。

3. App 內購（IAP）與退款 3. In-App Purchases & Refunds 3. アプリ内購入と返金

IndieSurvive 提供 Pro 版本解鎖及 AI 點數補充包等 App 內購項目。所有購買均透過 App Store 或 Google Play 平台處理。 IndieSurvive offers in-app purchases including Pro version unlock and AI Credit packs. All purchases are processed via the App Store or Google Play. IndieSurvive はProバージョンのアンロックやAIクレジットパックなどのアプリ内購入を提供します。すべての購入はApp StoreまたはGoogle Playを通じて処理されます。

依照各平台政策，App 內購通常不予退款。若有退款需求，請直接聯絡 Apple 或 Google 的客服支援。 Per platform policy, in-app purchases are generally non-refundable. For refund requests, please contact Apple or Google customer support directly. プラットフォームのポリシーに従い、アプリ内購入は原則として返金不可です。返金をご希望の場合は、AppleまたはGoogleのカスタマーサポートに直接お問い合わせください。
DASTO 不直接處理退款請求，亦不對平台政策之外的退款負責。 DASTO does not process refund requests directly and is not responsible for refunds beyond platform policy. DASTO は直接返金リクエストを処理せず、プラットフォームポリシーを超えた返金には責任を負いません。

4. 遊戲進度與雲端存檔 4. Game Progress & Cloud Save 4. ゲーム進捗とクラウドセーブ

若您未啟用雲端存檔功能，遊戲進度僅儲存在裝置本地端。解除安裝 App、更換裝置或清除 App 資料，將導致遊戲進度永久遺失。DASTO 對本地存檔遺失不承擔任何責任。建議在設定中啟用雲端備份以保護您的進度。 If you do not enable cloud save, game progress is stored only on your local device. Uninstalling the app, switching devices, or clearing app data will permanently delete your progress. DASTO is not liable for loss of local save data. We recommend enabling cloud backup in settings to protect your progress. クラウドセーブを有効にしない場合、ゲーム進捗はデバイスのローカルのみに保存されます。アプリのアンインストール、デバイスの変更、アプリデータの削除により、ゲーム進捗が永久に失われます。DASTO はローカルセーブデータの損失に責任を負いません。進捗を保護するために設定でクラウドバックアップを有効にすることをお勧めします。

6. 免責聲明 6. Disclaimer 6. 免責事項

IndieSurvive 依「現狀」提供，不附帶任何明示或默示保證。DASTO 不保證遊戲將持續無中斷或無錯誤地運作。對於遊戲進度遺失（包含因 App 錯誤或伺服器問題造成的雲端存檔損壞），DASTO 不承擔任何損失賠償責任。 IndieSurvive is provided "as is" without any express or implied warranties. DASTO does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. DASTO is not liable for any loss of game progress, including cloud save corruption caused by app errors or server issues. IndieSurvive は「現状のまま」提供され、明示または黙示の保証はありません。DASTO はゲームの中断なし・エラーなしの動作を保証しません。アプリのエラーやサーバーの問題によるクラウドセーブの破損を含む、ゲーム進捗の損失について DASTO は賠償責任を負いません。

7. 服務變更與終止 7. Changes and Termination 7. 変更と終了

DASTO 保留隨時修改或終止 IndieSurvive 服務的權利，恕不另行通知。服務終止時，雲端存檔服務亦將停止，建議在通知前匯出本地備份。 DASTO reserves the right to modify or discontinue IndieSurvive at any time without notice. Upon service termination, cloud save services will also cease — we recommend exporting a local backup before any announced shutdown. DASTO はいつでも予告なしに IndieSurvive を変更または終了する権利を留保します。サービス終了時にはクラウドセーブサービスも停止するため、告知前にローカルバックアップをエクスポートすることをお勧めします。

我們可能會不定期更新本條款。更新後繼續使用 IndieSurvive 即視為您接受修訂後的條款。 We may update these terms periodically. Continued use of IndieSurvive after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. 本規約は随時更新される場合があります。更新後も IndieSurvive を引き続き使用することで、改訂された規約に同意したものとみなされます。
