在 Poemeet 平台上，以下內容嚴格禁止： The following content is strictly prohibited on Poemeet: Poemeet プラットフォームでは、以下のコンテンツを厳格に禁止します：
- 任何描繪或暗示未成年人性行為的文字、圖片或其他媒體 Any text, images, or media depicting or implying sexual acts involving minors 未成年者が関わる性的行為を描写または暗示するテキスト・画像・その他のメディア
- 以接觸未成年人為目的的誘騙、操控或性引誘行為（Grooming） Grooming, manipulation, or sexual solicitation targeting minors 未成年者を標的にした手なずけ・操作・性的な勧誘行為（グルーミング）
- 散布、分享或索取 CSAM 或任何兒童性剝削相關素材 Distributing, sharing, or soliciting CSAM or any child sexual exploitation material CSAM またはいかなる児童性的搾取素材の配布・共有・要求
舉報機制 Reporting 通報メカニズム
若你在 Poemeet 上發現任何疑似違反本政策的內容，請透過以下方式舉報： If you encounter content on Poemeet that you believe violates this policy, please report it through the following channels: 本ポリシーに違反すると思われるコンテンツを発見した場合は、以下の方法で通報してください：
- App 內舉報：點擊訊息或使用者旁的「⋯」選單，選擇「舉報」以提交舉報。 In-App Report: Tap the "⋯" menu next to any message or user profile and select "Report" to submit a report. アプリ内報告：メッセージまたはユーザープロフィール横の「⋯」メニューをタップし、「報告する」を選択して送信してください。
- NCMEC 舉報：你也可以直接向美國失蹤與受剝削兒童中心（NCMEC）提交舉報：CyberTipline NCMEC Report: You may also submit a report directly to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) at CyberTipline. NCMEC への通報：米国の行方不明・被搾取児童センター（NCMEC）の CyberTipline に直接通報することもできます。
執法與後果 Enforcement 執行と処置
一經查實違反本政策： Upon confirmed violation of this policy: 本ポリシーへの違反が確認された場合：
- 永久封禁：違規帳號將立即且永久停用，不得申訴。 Permanent Ban: The offending account will be immediately and permanently deactivated with no right of appeal. 永久停止：違反アカウントは即時かつ永久に停止され、異議申し立ては認められません。
- 配合執法機關：我們將依法向相關執法機構及 NCMEC 舉報，並配合調查提供必要資料。 Law Enforcement Cooperation: We will report to relevant law enforcement agencies and NCMEC as required by law, and cooperate fully with investigations. 法執行機関への協力：法律に従い、関連する法執行機関および NCMEC に報告し、捜査に全面的に協力します。
