1. 服務描述 1. Service Description 1. サービス概要

Poemeet（波覓）是一款詩歌共創交友平台。我們透過興趣問答配對用戶，讓雙方以輪流寫詩的方式認識彼此，無需照片，從文字開始建立連結。 Poemeet is a poetry co-creation dating platform. We match users through interest quizzes, allowing them to get to know each other by taking turns writing poetry — no photos required, connection begins with words. Poemeet は詩の共同創作マッチングプラットフォームです。興味クイズによるマッチングで、写真なしに詩を書き合いながら相手を知ることができます。言葉から繋がりを始めましょう。

2. 帳號資格 2. Account Eligibility 2. アカウント資格

• 使用配對功能需年滿 18 歲。 The matching feature requires users to be at least 18 years old. マッチング機能は 18 歳以上のユーザーが対象です。
• 每人只能持有一個帳號。 Each person may hold only one account. 一人につき一つのアカウントのみ使用可能です。
• 你需提供真實、正確的個人資料（暱稱、年齡、性別）。 You must provide accurate personal information (nickname, age, gender). 正確な個人情報（ニックネーム、年齢、性別）を提供する必要があります。

3. 禁止行為與內容 3. Prohibited Conduct and Content 3. 禁止行為およびコンテンツ

使用者於使用本平台時，明確同意不得從事以下任何行為，亦不得傳送、發布、散布或以任何形式呈現下列內容。凡違反本條款者，Poemeet 保留立即採取相應措施之權利，並視情節依法通報主管機關或執法機構。 By using the Platform, you expressly agree not to engage in any of the following conduct, nor to transmit, post, distribute, or present the following content in any form. Poemeet reserves the right to take immediate action against violations and, where appropriate, to report such conduct to competent authorities or law enforcement agencies. 本プラットフォームを利用することにより、ユーザーは以下の行為を一切行わないこと、また以下のコンテンツをいかなる形式でも送信・投稿・配布・表示しないことに明示的に同意するものとします。本条項に違反した場合、Poemeet は直ちに措置を講じる権利を留保し、状況に応じて所管当局または法執行機関に通報します。

（一）暴力及威脅相關內容 (i) Violence and Threats （一）暴力および脅迫に関するコンテンツ

• 發布、傳送或鼓吹針對任何個人或群體之暴力行為、人身傷害、殺害威脅或恐嚇訊息； Publishing, transmitting, or inciting violence, bodily harm, death threats, or intimidation directed at any individual or group; 特定の個人または集団に対する暴力、身体的危害、殺害脅迫または脅迫的メッセージの投稿・送信・扇動；
• 美化、慫恿或宣揚自傷、自殺或集體傷亡等行為； Glorifying, encouraging, or promoting self-harm, suicide, or mass casualties; 自傷・自殺または大量被害行為の美化、奨励または宣伝；
• 散布具有煽動性之暴力素材，包括但不限於真實暴力行為之影像或描述。 Distributing inflammatory violent material, including but not limited to images or depictions of real acts of violence. 実際の暴力行為の画像や描写を含む、扇動的な暴力素材の配布。

（二）仇恨言論、歧視及騷擾 (ii) Hate Speech, Discrimination, and Harassment （二）ヘイトスピーチ、差別およびハラスメント

• 基於種族、膚色、民族、國籍、性別、性別認同、性傾向、宗教信仰、身心障礙或其他受法律保護之特徵，對個人或群體進行詆毀、煽動仇恨或歧視； Defaming, inciting hatred against, or discriminating against any individual or group based on race, color, ethnicity, nationality, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, religion, disability, or any other characteristic protected by law; 人種、肌の色、民族、国籍、性別、性自認、性的指向、宗教、障害、その他法律で保護された特性に基づき、個人または集団を誹謗・憎悪扇動・差別する行為；
• 對任何用戶進行持續性騷擾、跟蹤、人肉搜索（Doxxing）或以揭露個人隱私資料作為威脅手段； Engaging in persistent harassment, stalking, doxxing, or using the disclosure of personal information as a means of coercion against any user; 継続的なハラスメント、ストーキング、個人情報の無断公開（ドキシング）、または個人情報の暴露を強制手段として使用する行為；
• 發表基於性別之騷擾、性歧視或性羞辱等內容，包括但不限於針對特定性別之侮辱性言論或性別暴力之鼓吹。 Posting content constituting gender-based harassment, sexual discrimination, or sexual humiliation, including but not limited to gender-based slurs or promotion of gender-based violence. 性別に基づくハラスメント、性差別または性的羞辱に当たるコンテンツの投稿（ジェンダー侮辱表現や性別に基づく暴力の助長を含むが、これに限らない）。

（三）性內容及性剝削 (iii) Sexual Content and Exploitation （三）性的コンテンツおよび性的搾取

• 未經對方明確同意，傳送具性暗示或露骨性描述之訊息、圖像或其他媒體（包括 AI 生成內容）； Transmitting sexually suggestive or explicitly sexual messages, images, or other media (including AI-generated content) without the explicit consent of the recipient; 受信者の明示的な同意なく、性的に示唆的または露骨な性的メッセージ・画像・その他メディア（AI生成コンテンツを含む）を送信する行為；
• 散布、分享、索取或持有任何形式的兒童性虐待素材（CSAM）或描繪未成年人性行為之內容，此行為構成嚴重刑事犯罪，Poemeet 將立即永久停用帳號，並依法向執法機關及 NCMEC 通報； Distributing, sharing, soliciting, or possessing child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or any content depicting sexual acts involving minors. Such conduct constitutes a serious criminal offense; Poemeet will immediately and permanently deactivate the account and report the matter to law enforcement and NCMEC as required by law; 児童性的虐待素材（CSAM）または未成年者の性的行為を描写するコンテンツの配布・共有・要求・所持。この行為は重大な刑事犯罪を構成し、Poemeet はアカウントを即時かつ永久に停止し、法律に従い法執行機関および NCMEC に通報します；
• 對未成年人實施性誘騙（Grooming）、性引誘或任何形式之兒童性剝削與性虐待行為（CSAE）； Grooming, sexually soliciting, or engaging in any form of child sexual exploitation and abuse (CSAE) targeting minors; 未成年者に対する手なずけ（グルーミング）、性的勧誘、その他あらゆる形態の児童性的搾取・虐待（CSAE）行為；
• 未經當事人同意，散布他人之私密影像（非自願性色情，即「報復式色情」），此行為在多數司法管轄區已構成刑事罪行。 Distributing intimate images of another person without their consent (non-consensual intimate imagery / "revenge porn"), which constitutes a criminal offense in many jurisdictions. 同意なく他者の性的画像を配布する行為（非合意性的画像の配布、いわゆる「リベンジポルノ」）。これは多くの法域で刑事犯罪を構成します。

（四）犯罪行為及非法活動 (iv) Criminal Conduct and Illegal Activities （四）犯罪行為および違法活動

• 利用本平台從事詐欺、詐騙、敲詐勒索、不實陳述或任何以欺騙手段謀取不法利益之行為； Using the Platform to engage in fraud, scams, extortion, misrepresentation, or any conduct aimed at obtaining unlawful gain through deception; 詐欺、詐取、恐喝、虚偽表示、その他欺瞞手段による不正利益取得を目的とした本プラットフォームの利用；
• 散布、宣傳或協助進行任何非法藥物、受管制物質或違禁品之交易； Distributing, promoting, or facilitating the trafficking of illegal drugs, controlled substances, or prohibited goods; 違法薬物・規制物質・禁制品の取引の配布、宣伝または助長；
• 從事人口走私、強迫勞動、性交易仲介或任何形式之人口剝削； Engaging in human trafficking, forced labor, sexual service solicitation, or any form of human exploitation; 人身売買、強制労働、性的サービスの勧誘、その他あらゆる形態の人身搾取への関与；
• 傳播、支持或宣揚恐怖主義、極端主義或任何以暴力手段推翻合法政府之組織或意識形態； Propagating, supporting, or promoting terrorism, extremism, or any organization or ideology that advocates violent overthrow of a legitimate government; テロリズム、過激主義、または合法的政府の暴力的打倒を唱える組織・思想の宣伝・支持・助長；
• 侵害他人著作權、商標權、專利權或其他智慧財產權； Infringing upon another party's copyright, trademark, patent, or other intellectual property rights; 他者の著作権、商標権、特許権またはその他の知的財産権の侵害；
• 違反任何適用之地方、國家或國際法律法規之行為。 Any conduct that violates applicable local, national, or international laws and regulations. 適用される地方、国内または国際的な法令・規制に違反する一切の行為。

（五）其他違規行為 (v) Other Prohibited Conduct （五）その他の禁止行為

• 冒充他人（包括 Poemeet 員工、名人或其他用戶），提供虛假身份或以欺騙手段取得帳號； Impersonating another person (including Poemeet staff, public figures, or other users), providing false identity, or obtaining an account through deceptive means; 他者（Poemeet スタッフ、著名人または他のユーザーを含む）へのなりすまし、虚偽の身元提供、または詐欺的手段によるアカウント取得；
• 透過自動化程式、爬蟲、機器人或任何未經授權之方式存取或濫用本平台； Accessing or abusing the Platform through automated scripts, crawlers, bots, or any unauthorized means; 自動スクリプト、クローラー、ボット、その他未承認の手段による本プラットフォームへのアクセスまたは悪用；
• 傳送垃圾訊息、大量商業廣告或重複騷擾性訊息。 Sending spam, mass commercial solicitations, or repetitive harassing messages. スパム、大量の商業的勧誘、または繰り返しの嫌がらせメッセージの送信。

4. 內容所有權 4. Content Ownership 4. コンテンツの所有権

• 你保有自己寫的詩句的 著作權。 You retain copyright over the verses you write. あなたが書いた詩句の著作権はあなたに帰属します。
• 共創詩作的著作權歸雙方共有，任一方均不得單獨宣稱完整著作權。 The copyright of co-created poems is jointly owned by both parties; neither may claim sole copyright. 共同創作詩の著作権は両者に共同帰属し、どちらか一方が単独で著作権を主張することはできません。
• 將詩作 發表到公共場域，即視為同意允許其在 Poemeet 平台公開展示。 Publishing a poem to the public space grants permission for it to be publicly displayed on the Poemeet platform. 詩を公開スペースに発表することは、Poemeet プラットフォームでの公開展示を許可することを意味します。
• 任一共創方 隨時可下架已發表的詩，對方會收到通知。 Either co-creator may unpublish a poem at any time; the other party will be notified. どちらの共同創作者も、いつでも詩を非公開にすることができます。相手に通知が届きます。

5. 訂閱（Poemeet Pro） 5. Subscription (Poemeet Pro) 5. サブスクリプション（Poemeet Pro）

• Poemeet Pro 為 自動續訂 訂閱，可隨時在 Apple / Google 設定中取消。 Poemeet Pro is an auto-renewing subscription that can be cancelled at any time in your Apple or Google settings. Poemeet Pro は自動更新サブスクリプションで、Apple または Google の設定からいつでもキャンセルできます。
• 取消後，Plus 功能在當期結束後停用，已開啟的詩房不受影響，但功能規格將降回免費版。 After cancellation, Plus features are deactivated at the end of the current period. Existing poem rooms are preserved but revert to free-tier limits. キャンセル後、Plus 機能は現在の期間終了後に無効になります。既存の詩部屋は保持されますが、無料版の制限に戻ります。
• 退款依 Apple App Store 或 Google Play 各自的退款政策辦理。 Refunds are governed by Apple App Store or Google Play refund policies respectively. 払い戻しはApple App StoreまたはGoogle Playの払い戻しポリシーに従います。

• Poemeet 不保證配對結果，也不保證任何特定的社交或感情成果。 Poemeet does not guarantee matching results or any particular social or romantic outcome. Poemeet はマッチング結果や特定の社交・恋愛成果を保証しません。
• 我們不為用戶之間的互動行為或後果負責。 We are not responsible for interactions or consequences between users. ユーザー間のやり取りやその結果について、当社は責任を負いません。
• AI 生成的詞塊與詩化建議不代表 Poemeet 的立場或觀點。 AI-generated word suggestions and poetic rewrites do not represent the views or positions of Poemeet. AI が生成した語句や詩的変換は Poemeet の立場や見解を代表するものではありません。

7. 檢舉機制 7. Reporting System 7. 報告システム

為維護社群安全，我們設有以下自動機制： To maintain community safety, we operate the following automated mechanisms: コミュニティの安全維持のため、以下の自動メカニズムを運用しています：

• 被多位用戶檢舉達 5 次：系統向被檢舉者發送警告通知。 After 5 reports from different users: a warning notification is sent to the reported user. 5 件の報告を受けた後：報告されたユーザーに警告通知が送信されます。
• 被檢舉達 10 次：帳號自動停權，管理員進行人工複查。 After 10 reports: account is automatically suspended and reviewed by an admin. 10 件の報告後：アカウントが自動停止され、管理者による審査が行われます。
• 單一詩作被檢舉達 3 次：自動下架，作者收到通知，管理員複查。 A poem with 3 reports: automatically unpublished; the author is notified and an admin reviews. 詩が 3 件報告された場合：自動的に非公開になり、作者に通知が届き、管理者が審査します。

管理員保留最終審核與決定的權利。如對處理結果有異議，可來信申訴。 Admins retain the right of final review and decision. If you disagree with a decision, you may appeal via email. 管理者は最終的な審査と決定の権限を持ちます。処理結果に異議がある場合は、メールで申し立てることができます。

8. 用戶隱私與行為查詢 8. User Privacy & Behavior Inquiries 8. ユーザープライバシーと行動の照会

Poemeet 尊重每位用戶的隱私與行為自主權。客服團隊無法代替您查詢、追蹤或揭露其他特定用戶的任何帳號狀態或互動行為。此限制包含但不限於： Poemeet respects the privacy and autonomy of every user. Our support team cannot look up, track, or disclose another user's account status or interactions on your behalf. This includes, but is not limited to: Poemeet はすべてのユーザーのプライバシーと行動の自主性を尊重します。サポートチームは、他の特定ユーザーのアカウント状態や行動を代わりに照会・追跡・開示することはできません。これには以下が含まれます（例示であり、限定ではありません）：

• 查詢某用戶是否封鎖您 Whether a specific user has blocked you 特定のユーザーにブロックされているかどうかの確認
• 說明詩房或配對消失的原因 Why a poem room or match has disappeared 詩部屋やマッチングが消えた理由の説明
• 協助您聯繫或再次配對特定用戶 Helping you reconnect or re-match with a specific user 特定のユーザーとの再接続や再マッチングの仲介

上述情形可能涉及另一方用戶的主動選擇，Poemeet 無從干預，亦不會為任何一方披露他人的操作記錄。如有疑慮，建議您透過 App 內的封鎖、檢舉等功能自行處理。 These situations may reflect deliberate choices made by other users. Poemeet cannot intervene, and will not disclose any user's activity to another party. If you have concerns, we encourage you to use in-app features such as blocking or reporting. これらの状況は、他のユーザーの意図的な選択を反映している場合があります。Poemeet はこれに介入することができず、一方のユーザーの操作記録を他方に開示することもありません。懸念がある場合は、アプリ内のブロック・報告機能をご利用ください。

9. 條款修改 9. Changes to Terms 9. 規約の変更

我們保留修改本條款的權利。修改時，我們將透過 App 內通知或電子郵件告知用戶。繼續使用 Poemeet 視為接受最新版本的條款。 We reserve the right to modify these terms. When changes are made, we will notify users through in-app notifications or email. Continued use of Poemeet constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. 当社はこの規約を変更する権利を留保します。変更の際は、アプリ内通知またはメールでユーザーに通知します。Poemeet の継続利用は最新規約への同意を意味します。

本應用程式遵守所有相關兒童安全法律，並將依法向地方及國家主管機關通報違規行為。 You can report child safety concerns directly within the Poemeet app via the "⋯" menu next to any message. For more information about our child safety policy, please see our Child Safety Policy.
This app complies with all applicable child safety laws and will report violations to local and national authorities as required by law. 「Poemeet」アプリ内のメッセージ横にある「⋯」メニューから、子どもの安全に関する問題を直接通報できます。子どもの安全ポリシーの詳細については、子どもの安全に関するポリシーをご覧ください。
